Mr. Troncoso earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition, Mr. Troncoso went on to earn a degree in law (juris doctorate) from the presigious University of San Diego. A National and American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school. Mr. Troncoso, originally from the great State of Connecticut, has made Fresno his home and is well acquainted with the Fresno courts and practices in Fresno on a daily basis.
